Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Wildness. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed and delivered.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second notification with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Times
Wildness ships to customers worldwide. We work with international suppliers and logistics partners to deliver your order as efficiently as possible. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods (e.g. holidays). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Please allow up to 5 business days after receiving your tracking number for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
4. Customs and Import Duties
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Wildness has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order. Wildness is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
5. Shipping Carriers
We work with a network of international logistics partners to ensure reliable delivery to your location. The most suitable carrier is selected at the time of fulfilment based on your destination and product availability.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup point, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Wildness is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbours or your local post office first. If the issue persists, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
If your package has not arrived within 45 days of your order date and tracking shows no movement, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement.
