At Wildness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes your rights under the ACL or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
2. Our Policy
In addition to your statutory rights, we accept refund and return requests under the following conditions. You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible, your item must be: - Unused and in the same condition that you received it - In its original packaging
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund (except where required by the Australian Consumer Law): - Items returned more than 30 days after delivery - Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging - Items purchased during final sale or special promotions (if clearly stated at time of purchase)
4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, you have rights under the Australian Consumer Law in addition to our voluntary policy. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with: - Your order number - A description of the issue - Clear photos showing the defect or damage
We will offer a full refund or send a replacement. For major failures as defined under the ACL, you are entitled to choose your remedy.
5. Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within 45 days of your order date, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
6. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at hello@shopwildness.com with your order number and reason for the request. We will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.
Do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be processed.
7. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
8. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item: Wildness covers the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind: The customer covers the return shipping cost.
