Welcome to Wildness. By accessing or purchasing from shopwildness.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"). Please read them carefully.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. While we make every effort to ensure accurate representation, slight colour or size variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing processes.
4. Orders and Payment
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud detection systems.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments or PayPal. By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Prices displayed on the Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion and any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer's payment provider.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are fulfilled by international third-party suppliers and shipped directly to you. Estimated delivery times are between 15 to 40 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on your location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Wildness is not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit, but we will make every reasonable effort to resolve such issues on your behalf.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law), Wildness and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Site or products purchased through it.
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted, including (at our option) to replacing or repairing the goods, or refunding the purchase price.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
